What to Expect...

All HealthOne Emergency Care Centers and HealthOne Express Care Centers have a triage system — a way to rapidly and safely determine what emergencies take priority.

When you enter the door, you are greeted by a nurse or emergency medical technician who obtains a brief, focused history and performs a physical assessment. He or she will determine the severity of your condition, and take steps to begin medical treatment.

As you would expect, the most serious conditions will be seen first. This means some visitors may have to wait to receive treatment. Even so, our wait times are shorter than traditional hospital-based emergency rooms.

At HealthOne Emergency Care Centers and HealthOne Express Care Centers, we strive for quick and quality emergency care. While a big part of that is medical, we never overlook customer service. Just as we stay up-to-date on the latest in emergency medicine, we are always looking for ways to make your visit as pleasant as possible. In fact, letting you know “what to expect” is one small part of that.
